Our relationship with customers and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance.  We will be happy to exchange any faulty or damaged products. Please e-mail us within 10 days of receiving the damaged item(s). Claims made after the 10-day period will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are not able to make exchanges because of change of mind. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
