SHIPPING: Orders received are shipped out of our Richmond, California warehouse Monday – Friday (unless we are closed due to a holiday). We normally pack and ship all orders within 48 hours and are able to ship anywhere in the USA. We do not ship international orders (for wholesale orders, please contact us for more information). We ship via USPS and UPS. Under normal conditions, retail orders sent via USPS will arrive approximately 4-5 days after the order is shipped. Orders sent via UPS will arrive approximately 7-8 days after the order is shipped. Transit time may be impacted by holidays, weather, etc.
La Lavande cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to carrier responsibility. If a package is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately with all available information. Customers are responsible for providing special delivery instructions to La Lavande including where to leave packages upon delivery. La Lavande will communicate this to the carrier but cannot be responsible if the carrier does not follow those instructions.
RETURNS: La Lavande takes pride in our excellent customer service. Our relationship with customers and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We will be happy to exchange any faulty or damaged products. Please e-mail us within 10 days of receiving the damaged item(s). Claims made after the 10-day period will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are not able to make exchanges because of change of mind. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Shipping charges are determined by the total purchase amount.
