La Lavande processes your order upon receipt and begins pulling and packing as soon as possible. Except during peak shipping periods we usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. After orders are processed and shipped, shipping carriers take approximately 2-7 business days for delivery depending on shipping zone and weather. La Lavande cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to carrier responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing special delivery instructions to La Lavande including where to leave packages upon delivery. La Lavande will communicate this to the carrier but cannot be responsible if the carrier does not follow those instructions. La Lavande is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
In the case of La Lavande Gifts sending the wrong product to the customer La Lavande Gifts will accept returns or exchanges if the product is unused, unopened and undamaged. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions. Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns if the customer does not like the scent, color, shape, appearance or changing your mind. Please make sure you are familiar with the product scent prior to purchase.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards, discount codes, promotional offers, and coupons may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations. Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If carrier damage occurred and the product is defective upon reception please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please retain the product and shipping packaging until La Lavande has indicated the carrier claim has been initiated and resolved. If the product is lost please contact us within 7 days, we may be able to resend or refund the order if the carrier delivered to the wrong address. La Lavande Gifts cannot be responsible for stolen packages following carrier delivery to the correct address.
